basically, correct me if im wrong, but what i understand is you can dl this app t your phone and make calls for free when youre within wi-fi range. or have data plan which is..even better? like er, skype on your phone but no need t pay for the fucking credits. ah..yah that should be it. feel free t gong ji like a mad netizen about any errors!
